Delivery & Returns
All my products are shipped with Royal Mail. If you buying from the UK or Europe I endeavour to get these shipped to you within 5 working days. If for any reason delivery takes longer, I will let you know by email as soon as possible and keep you updated.
Prints are delivered in a large sturdy flat package by first class 'signed for' Royal Mail UK £5.00.
Please ensure that the delivery details you provide will have someone available to accept a 'signed for' delivery or your order will go to the postal collection office for you to collect. If you do not collect the package , it will be returned to me. Any further attempts to deliver the item will be chargeable.
Please take care with handling prints, they are paper and therefore fragile. I cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by you when handling or framing prints.
Europe and Worldwide orders
All products are sold in pounds sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details before placing the order. Please note, I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and Refunds
I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from lisatolley.co.uk., if however you wish to cancel your order or return an item please contact me, so I can do all I can to resolve the issue. Your have 28 days from purchase to return an item.
Only unused orders in their original packaging may be returned. Once I have received the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping cost are non-refundable). Used items or those not in their original packaging cannot not be returned. Please send me back a note with your goods making clear the reason for return.
Items bought in a sale or have been personalised or make especially to order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty.
If you complete an order and decide you no longer wish to proceed, please ensure that you let me know within 24 hours of making your purchase as I aim to post the order as soon as possible. If an item has been sent, you can cancel your order, but will receive a refund until the item has been returned in it's original packaging.
I can only refund packaging on faulty goods or those sent in error. I cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please ensure a secure service if returning unwanted goods.
